Registration Form
If you wish to register your daughter for the Main School only please complete this form. The registration fee is £75.00.
If you wish your daughter to be registered for the Nursery and Main School please complete both registration forms. The combined registration fee is £150.00.
Following submission of the form(s) we will send details of how to pay the registration fee direct to our bank. Your registration will be accepted only upon receipt of the appropriate fee.
NOTE:
If and when a place is offered and if you wish to accept you will be required to complete and sign the Falkner House Acceptance form which will constitute the contract between you and the school.
